Farewell to CEO of Relationships Australia WA, Terri Reilly

CEO of Relationships Australia WA, Terri Reilly, is retiring after leading the organisation with distinction for nearly 20 years. While we are very sorry to see Terri’s era come to an end, we are happy to know she is going to pursue some personal interests and adventures.

Terri has been an exceptional leader initiating substantial change and consolidation of the organisation’s position as a leader in services supporting families, couples and individuals of all ages and cultural backgrounds in metropolitan, rural and regional areas across WA.

On her watch, Relationships Australia WA has grown significantly in staff numbers, range of services, clients assisted and their outcomes, providing great community benefit.

Terri leaves the organisation in a sound strategic position, well regarded by major funders, financially secure, and respected by its stakeholders. Terri’s service to the organisation in WA and beyond to the Relationships Australia Federation in all 8 states and territories, to the broader social services sector, and to peak bodies where she has held senior positions, has been exceptional.

Over the last two years Terri led the organisation through the challenge of the pandemic. As a key service provider Relationships Australia WA had to adapt to a changed working environment with unprecedented demands and pressures on services. The challenge was met and delivered.

Terri will be farewelled in June by staff and stakeholders.
