Over 8 weekly 2.5 hour sessions you will gain an understanding of why relationships end and how you can move forward, including:
- emotional support during the separation or divorce process
- practical advice for buiding self-esteem, goal setting and developing trust
- strategies to support you in processing your grief
- an understanding of the steps to heal and rebuild after marriage separation or de-facto relationship breakdown
In this setting, you will receive support and learn the strategies needed to move forward, recover, and rebuild a new life after separation. This course will help improve your life by allowing you to:

- build a healthy relationship with yourself
- improve your interactions with others
- express anger in healthier ways
This course is based on the book 'Rebuilding When Your Relationship Ends' by Dr Bruce Fisher. A copy of the book is included.
