Rather than avoiding conflict, embracing it allows couples to honour their individual identities and needs while building a more meaningful and connected “WE.”
A strong foundation is essential for a lasting relationship, and taking time to work on your connection as a couple is a key part of that. This course offers a supportive space to invest in your relationship with intention.
You will learn:
- That conflict is a normal part of relationships and can strengthen connection when managed well
- Common myths surrounding conflict and how they can negatively affect relationships
- How the brain prioritises survival during conflict and how this influences emotional responses
- Differences between destructive and constructive conflict, and develop strategies to shift from negative patterns to healthier interactions
- Strategies to repair and rebuild connection after conflict
With the support of an experienced facilitator, you will explore strategies to better manage conflict as a couple, regulate emotions and strengthen your relationship.
This course will help improve your life by enabling you to:
