Mediation

We provide an unbiased and non-judgemental service where an independent professional guides individuals/groups through a problem-solving process to resolve conflicts and nurture working relationships.

We offer a range of seminars and workshops such as:

• balancing work and family commitments
• managing conflict in the workplace
• dealing with difficult people
• stress and time management
• fly-in fly-out relationships

All Professional Development seminars and workshops can be tailored to organisational needs and culture, following a needs assessment.
